Designed a Neo4j graph schema with Columbia's BioNet Group and exposed it through a FastAPI GraphQL service.
- Collaborated with the BioNet Group at Columbia University to design a unified Neo4j graph schema for FlyBrainLab integration.
- Extended the graph with authentication and session nodes and exposed it through a FastAPI service with a read-only GraphQL layer, splitting relational auth data in MySQL from graph data in Neo4j.
